Renters normally don’t report the small things that can turn into traumatic situations. Emergency calls are always more costly to the homeowner.

Our hope is that these packages will allow our customers to be better prepared for upcoming maintenance. If you know when something is about to go on the brink, you can prepare for future costs. We will alert you to any present or future needs you may have to address.

For every client that has a package with SEA THRU CONSTRUCTION our office will maintain a separate and detailed maintenance file.

EVERY MAINTENANCE CUSTOMER’S FILE WILL INCLUDE:
Inspection dates, type of inspection and notes taken at inspection
List of potential problems and suggestions for upgrades or needed repairs
Every client will be notified via email or snail mail of their check off list for their records that will include all inspection dates and findings
Warranties will be kept in file for any new purchases that SEA THRU CONSTRUCTION actually purchases for customer.
You may want to check up with your insurance company to see if discounts may be offered for these regular “check-ups”
