GENERAL CONTRACTOR CHECK-UP PACKAGE – Package THREE
Outside Check: Walk the yard, check fences for missing boards, malfunctioning gate latches due to misalignment or corrosion; Check exterior siding for possible wind or rot damage, missing siding or other siding problems. Lubricate exterior door handles and hinges so key fits in lock correctly. Annual roof climb to check for missing shingles or pipe collar problems. Check hot tub and pool water levels.
Inside Check: Ensure all sliders shut well, if not fix them by either lubricating rollers or replacing them; Check all interior doors to make sure locks are lining up correctly due to settling. Check out all flooring and furniture for obvious stains, tears, etc. Check beds (especially bunk beds) for safety issues, missing light bulbs, ceiling fan malfunctions, interior doors locking correctly, obvious bug problems, or other items you may want checked. The contractor will make suggestions for needed repair or increased property rental values.
Total Outside and Inside price: $150.00 walk thru cost does not include any needed parts for doors or fences.

VIRTUAL TOURS PACKAGE –
Would you like a virtual tour taken of your house? Very helpful with insurance claims, extremely helpful to renters making a final vacation decision and a great way to show your friends your beach house. Let us know when your house is ready, we will make an appointment and give you a copy of your CD for your Rental Company or personal use. Cost $200.00

CAD DRAWINGS for potential room additions, added Tiki Bars or entertainment areas, hot tubs, etc; adding an additional level to your home or anything else you would like to see done to your cottage. $75.00 per hour

DÉCOR CHANGES – has it been awhile since you updated your cottage décor? Our Island Girl has received raves about the décor and the renters keep coming back for more. We would be glad to check your cottage out and make suggestions on your décor. We are experts at decorating on a budget. Sometimes a simple changing around of current items around can make a big impact. $45.00 per hour. A décor inspection of a three story home usually takes about two hours.
